As a Behavior Specialist and Dean of Students, I work with children, families, teachers, and staff to support individual needs and community goals. Early childhood development is central to how I understand behavior, relationships, and the demands of a school day.
I provide psychotherapy and related services to youth, families, and adults. I'm attentive to the social world around each person: family life, school, work, culture, technology, and the pressures of the present moment.
I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and related approaches to examine patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behavior. In my practice, person-centered and humanistic counseling are essential in forming a healhy, supportive counseling relationship.
